Skilled, experienced management is vital for the success of any project. Shorefield's task-force-team concept provides total capability for projects of any size. Each team brings together experts from many fields, including contract administration, conceptual and detailed engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, quality assurance and budget control.
All team members have access to advanced software and communications capabilities for collecting and analysing information about the progress of a project. Shorefield is leader in this area, pioneering the standard and processes in Rural Electrification Scheme(RES).
As important as technology is for the success of a project, the skills and commitment of the people involved are even more critical. In addition to the high level of ability represented by the group as a whole, each of our task-force teams is headed by a manager carefully selected for the skills and experience needed to oversee.
The team leader is the planning, implementation , completion and maintenance point of contact and is responsible for handling all issues affecting the on-time and on- budget completion of a project.
