IR Mohammad Arafat Bin Datu Haji Abdul Rashid is the Executive Director in Planning, Contract and Corporate Services. He was appointed as a Director in 2010.

He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) and Master in Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UITM).

He is also a Professional Engineer registered with the Board Engineers, Malaysia. Prior to joining Shorefield, he was a Director of a consultant firm and Mechanical Engineer in Jabatan Kerja Raya(JKR).
